ZAMBIA has added unique elements to my 25 years of safari experiences. A bit larger than Texas, Zambia is on the north shores of the Zambezi River and Victoria Falls in the center of sub-Sahara Africa. Its unspoiled, savannah wildlife parks are wonderful for escorted walking safaris amongst the unusual puku antelope, sausage trees and exquisite birds. And I’ll never forget the drama of a micro-flight over elephants in the Luangwa River at sunrise or tiger-fishing in the Zambezi.
